Post treatment Guidance
Observe for any of the following responses following your treatment
After your treatment, your body may continue to respond for a short period.
These temporary reactions are normal and positive signs that reflexology is working, helping to expel toxins and promote recovery. These effects should subside within 24 hours, sometimes a little longer
Observe for increased urination: This is due to the body expelling toxins.
An increase in perspiration as the body detoxifies.
Mild cold-like symptoms: e.g. A runny nose, cough, dry throat or other similar symptoms.
Sleepiness, fatigue, difficulty sleeping, or vivid dreams.
A slight rash or spots as the skin rebalances.
Heightened emotions, irritability, or mood swings or euphoria.
A temporary flare up of long-term repressed conditions this may occur prior to healing, causing to feel a bit "out of sorts."
To fully benefit from your session, it is important to take extra care of yourself following your treatment
